You have a choice to pay per session or to purchase a package for fertility sessions. Pricing for individual sessions is $200/ session. Package pricing is below.
Fertility Promotion Packages:
- 3 sessions for $550 - Save $50!
- 6 sessions for $1100 - Save $100!
- Unused sessions can be used on the next cycle or rolled over for later physical therapy sessions, hopefully for peripartum treatment! Sessions are good for one year.
We also offer flexible pricing! Our goal is to remain accessible. Please reach out to talk about options!
What about insurance? Circle Physical Therapy is an out of network provider for all insurance except Medicare. Insurance coverage for fertility promotion is tricky. Unless you have low back or pelvic pain or pelvic dysfunction (incontinence, painful sex, constipation, etc.), your insurance company will likely not reimburse you for out of network coverage of our fertility promotion sessions. If you do have one of the above conditions, we will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance.
